PSC Golf from Siam Country Resort Pattaya
Tuesday, Jan. 12, Treasure Hill – Stableford
Tuesday we went with 3 groups to Treasure Hill. The course was in good condition but in some places it was a little bit wet, although it dried out during the day. It is a pity that there is a mix of two types of grass on the fairways here. The greens were slow, but fair.

Today Paddy Devereux (H/cap 21) was again on fire and won with 37 stableford points. Willem Lasonder (20) came in second with 35 and Jonathan Pratt (11) took third on 34.
Nears pin prizes went to George Gamble (25), Martin Hayes (18) and Paddy Devereux.
Thursday, Jan. 14, Eastern Star – Stableford
On Thursday we drove to Eastern Star where we found the course to be in good condition with nice fairways, although it was very busy which made it a long, hot day.
Paddy Devereux once again led the way with a solid level par 36 points and he was followed up the podium steps by Neil Harvey in second place with 32 points.
Bob Edwards was the only player to win a near pin prize today as the par 3’s played tough.
Note: Siam Country Resort Pattaya, Restaurant & Bar is located just off Siam Country Club Rd, after going under the arch past the 7/11, turn right after 50 meters, with the venue on the left another 200 meters along. Golf from here is generally played on Tuesday & Thursday, with the Resort hosting prompt presentations on both days.
