The Oakwood Bangkok International 10’s Rugby tournament 2012 took place over the weekend of 18th and 19th February at the superb Patana School grounds in Bangkok, with 24 rugby teams from Thailand (including Pattaya’s own Panthers) and other parts of the world turning up to contest one of the principal 10 a-side tournaments in the region.
The Panthers performed admirably over an exciting two days of rugby to reach the final of the Tankard competition where they eventually succumbed to a vastly more experienced Bangkok Bangers outfit by a score of 19-0.
