April Fool’s Day was one of those unusual days in our bowling league when no team changed position from the previous week.  First place Canada remained on top after winning three points from VFW Post 9876.  Canada got great bowling from all three members of their team with Tue Pettae leading the way with games of 191, 199, 189, 579 series, Lek Reaper had games of 187, 197, 198, 582 series and Pao Orawan bowled a 201 game and 510 series.  VFW did not bowl bad as Ooy Pluemkamon bowled a 245 game, 549 series and Tui Amphanon rolled a 534 series but they were bowling without one of their bowlers.

Aht Johansson bowled a 201 game and 526 series to lead second place Snow Bowler to a three point win over under manned USMC.  The USMC team was bowling without their captain, Joe Ferral, who has back problems.  Sue Murphy was best from USMC with a 520 series.

La Montgomery bowled a 520 series to help Brother D remain in third place as they took three points from Café Kronborg.  Kran Nielsen had a 538 series and Rich Murphy a 502 for Kronborg.

Ken Johansson bowled a 509 series and with his total handicap of 120 pins made the difference for Green Tree as they won three points from Bavaria.  Noodle Russell bowled a 507 for Green Tree.
