Record attendance expected for River Kwai adventure race

The 7th edition of the River Kwai Trophy adventure race is expecting a record 150 teams from around the world to be lining up at the start line this coming Sunday morning, March 10.  Altogether, more than 1000 people will attend the event including VIP’s, sponsor’s guests, families, supporters, media, competitors and local communities.

The race, by far the largest and most exciting adventure race in South East Asia, will once again start at the famous River Kwai Bridge in Kanchanaburi and will test the competitors’ skill and endurance over a host of disciplines including mountain biking, running, swimming and kayaking.  Teams of two will tackle the scenic and challenging course which is expected to take between 3-5 hours to complete.
