PSC Golf from Siam Country Resort Pattaya
Tuesday, June 12, Eastern Star – Stableford
On Tuesday we went to Eastern Star on a nice sunny day with an agreeable breeze. The course was in excellent condition with fair greens.
Despite the good conditions we didn’t have top scores but it was a close finish between Willem Lasonder and Jonathan Pratt. Willem kept his head cool on the last few holes and won with 35 stableford points ahead of Jonathan in second with 34.
The near pins went to Willem Lasonder and Paddy Devereux (3).
Thursday, June 14, Crystal Bay – Stableford
Crystal Bay was our venue on Thursday and we played the C & B course. The course was in good condition with fast greens. It was again a nice sunny day with a strong cool breeze.
Despite his third day of golf in a row and overcoming a cold, Stan Rees the man of the day and played very solidly to win with 41 points. A good way back in second was Neil Harvey with 35 points.
The near pins were claimed by Dave Smith, Willem Lasonder, Neil Harvey and Paddy Devereux.
