PSC Golf from Siam Country Resort Pattaya
Tuesday, April 24, Mt. Shadow – Stableford
On Tuesday we went to Mountain Shadow on a warm day but the sky looked threatening with some rumbles of thunder in the distance. The course was in good condition but we didn’t have very good scores and the trees were big obstacles for us.
Stephen Ford was the winner today with 33 stableford points while second was Jonathan Pratt with 31.
The near pins went to Paddy Devereux, Brian Chapman and Sam Gettinby.
Thursday, April 26, Pattavia – Stableford
Pattavia was our venue on Thursday and although we were afraid for the rain we were lucky and kept dry. The course was in very good condition, the greens were slow but most of us could handle that.
Today we had good scores and Stan Rees was the winner with 43 points. Sam Gettinby played his last game before leaving for the European summer and came second with 41 points, beating Jonathan Pratt on a count back.
The near pins were claimed by Dave Smith, Stan Rees, Paddy Devereux and Sam Gettinby.
