The Pete Dye designed Khao Kheow was the test for the day and we teed off on C1 in sunny and humid conditions on a course that was in fairly good shape although some fairways were a bit sandy. The round was a bit slow and it took us about 4 hours and 30 minutes to complete.
We had two flights today with the cut at handicap 19 and a full bag of pins to shoot for.
Maurice Roberts won the A Flight on a count back from Arne Max Pedersen after both excelled and recorded 40 points each. Takeshi Hakozaki filled out the podium in third with 37 points.
Barry Ephlick topped the B Flight on count back from Peter Bygeball in second and Lotte Boskov third, all with 31 points.

We got off the first tee at Pleasant Valley in hot and sunny conditions but the course was wet from rain the previous day, although it was otherwise in good shape.

Two flights again today and Brian Gabe took the A Flight honours by a mile with a fine 41 points. Takeshi Hakozaki trailed in second with 35 points and Arne Max Pedersen took third a further two points back.
Kurt Sandgaard won the B Flight with 33 points, Dave Richardson was second on 32 and Graham Buckingham placed third on 31.
