Golf from Siam Country Resort Pattaya
Tuesday, May 30, Treasure Hill – Stableford
We went to out to Treasure Hill on Tuesday and this course is always challenging. Although it was in good shape, the greens were not as fast as usual.
We had nice weather and good conditions for golf but despite this we didn’t return any high scores today. Dave Smith and Neal Harvey followed each other well, but at the end Dave won with 34 stableford points while Neil claimed second with 32.
The near pins went to Dave Smith (2) and Jonathan Pratt.
Thursday, June 1, Eastern Star – Stableford
Eastern Star was the challenge on Thursday and again we had a nice day with good weather and a light breeze. The course was in good shape and the greens fair.
Neil Harvey showed the most consistency today and won with 33 points. Five behind in second was Paddy Devereux with 28 points, beating Martin Hayes on count back.
The near pins were claimed by Dave Smith (2), Jonathan Pratt and Martin Hayes.
