Sports Editor;
My wife is a caddy at Green Valley golf course. Last year she made a hole in one on number 7 at Silky Oaks. That tied my hole in one total but I’ve been playing 49 years and she’d only been playing for four years. Good for her.
Two weeks ago she holed out again on number 8 at Green Valley. Green Valley lets the caddies that have qualified for the national caddy championship play the three courses after 3:00 p.m. for free. She takes advantage of this often. Good for Green Valley.
Two days ago I was driving a buggy for my wife at St. Andrews. I’ll be damned if she didn’t make a third hole in one on number 10 at St. Andrews. I think there’s a good chance that no one has yet made holes in one on all three of these courses, until now. What do you think?
I don’t think anyone has ever made holes in one on these three courses that share a clubhouse. The general manager, Nirun, can probably confirm this.
