Squash is yet another sport that has been enjoyed and played regularly in the Pattaya area for many years on the championship courts in the Ambassador Hotel, Na. Jomtien. On Saturday, Nov. 27, the bi-annual squash match between Team Ambassador and Team Bangkok was staged once again.
Olaf the overpowering got the Ambassador side off to a positive start by winning 3-0. Stupendous Steve, Captain Eddie, and our only lady Petite Pooh all lost their opening games but all powered through to win their matches 3-1. In fact the whole team cruised to beat Team Bangkok 11 matches to 1 with Stunning Stefan being the only loser.

It was a great afternoon at a great venue, followed by an evening meal for all at the beachside restaurant/hotel The Sea Falcon, close by at Na Jomtien
The return match against Team Bangkok will be in the capital in May.
Note: Squash is open to any player at the 8 court Ambassador Hotel Sports Centre. Team Ambassador play between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. All are welcome!
