Greenwood was the game today, up route 331 for 1 hour and then a quick check-in before teeing off on A1 under overcast skies but hot conditions. The course was in the best shape it has been in recent times and was great value so we will be back.

We got around in about 4 hours, despite some slow groups in front, and back in the clubhouse welcomes went out to Graeme Lomas and Karl Beter.
Andre Vandyk was the winner today for the second week in a row with a fine 41 points. Tom Cotton came second with 39 points, Karl Beter was third with 34, and John Swanson took fourth on count back over Dave Richardson and Daryl Evans.
Thursday, July 24, Crystal Bay A & C – Stabelford

2nd Lassie Pettersson (24) 32pts
3rd Karl Beter (29) 29pts
Crystal Bay on Thursday and we teed off A1 approx. 15 mins ahead of schedule into a stiff breeze. The course was in good shape but the greens will need some remedial action soon.
Dave Richardson was the winner today with an even par 36 points, four up on Lassie Pettersson in second while Karl Beter took third with 29.
