PSC golf from Mulligans Lakeside
Tuesday, Dec. 13, Greenwood – Stableford
First up, what a glorious week weather wise for golf; clear skies, not too hot, light breezes, bummer really, because it’s one less excuse for playing not so good.
Greenwood A & B was the venue for Tuesday, with the course matching the weather. Too bad about the scores (with 1 exception) as Allan Cassin (12) was the stand-out performer on this day, with a well compiled 37 points, beating Dave Edwards (18) into second place with 32 points, Dave having just edged Jeff Wylie (6) on countback 16/15.

Near pins provided some consolation to Jeff, Willem & Tony, with one going to Banglamung Boys Home.
Thursday, Dec. 15, Pleasant Valley – Stableford
Thursday was a visit to Pleasant Valley, where we played the Blue Tees, some of which were back a bit, while others were forward, worked out +50 yards or so, but still under 6,400 yards.
Jeff Wylie (6) was the beneficiary of the count back today, edging Jim Federspiel (15) 19/17, after both signed for a moderate 34 points. Allan, Jeff & Brian picked up near pins, with 1 going to BBH.
Friday was the PSC tournament at Emerald; white tees for all groups at a tick over 6,000 yards, not much imagination there, again. We continue to support the PSC with 2 groups this month, and were to the fore, with Joel getting a Long Drive, Willem a NTP & Jeff a NTP & first in A Flight.
