At Jomtien Beach vice president of the Thailand Windsurf Association Rear Adm. Sarayut Daengthet chaired the commencement of the first leg Thailand Windsurf Championship Pattaya International Windsurfing Cup 2011.
The competition is a forerunner to the SEAGAMES which will be held in Indonesia at the end of the year.
On the first leg many competitors from Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Thailand competed in 11 different categories.
