Baan Rajprasong Director of Marketing Chanok Chaisiri, explained that the campaign provides a new avenue for investors to avert risk due to the volatile market situation. He said, by using stocks as cash to purchase condominiums, investors are effectively converting their shares to investment in the real estate sector, which has great growth potential.
He elaborated that stocks can be used at their full value to purchase condominiums within the Energy Project, with units starting at 2.6 million baht. The stocks can be used in conjunction with cash to place a down payment on the units, which will be open for reservation this month.
