Leading property developer Raimon Land has awarded the piling contract for its latest condominium project, The Lofts Ekkamai, to Pylon PLC – one of the country’s most renowned piling contractors, with a quality track record in major projects. The contract, which follows the project’s EIA approval, represents the third collaboration between Raimon Land and Pylon, building upon previous joint efforts at 185 Rajadamri and Unixx South Pattaya. Piling work began on January 5, 2014 and is expected to take 3 months.
