The Award Winning Nova Group recently announced that its flagship project Northbeach has been granted a Construction Permit as of September 14. Northbeach is located at the end of Soi 22 Naklua, nestled just behind Dusit Resort and is only 50m from the beach.
Piling work will start in the next few weeks and the project is due to complete within 36 months.
“Our customers will be obviously delighted that the Construction Permit has been granted, and we thank them for their loyalty and trust in us,” said Keith Storey, Group Sales Manager for Nova.

“Our existing sales office will remain where it is and the piling works will start just behind there. The land has already been cleared to make way for the construction team,” he added.
Nova Group advised it has already sold over 60% of the Northbeach project, but still has many attractive units remaining. One and two bedroom units are still available on high floors with fantastic sea views.
