Pannada Wongphudee (Boom), a well known actress, model and former Miss Thailand, visited the luxurious show suites of Centara Grand Residence in Na Jomtien at the end of last month.
After initially viewing the project whilst it was being promoted at the recent Siam Paragon Luxury Property Showcase, Pannada decided to visit the showrooms to purchase one of the projects very best units.

“We are very excited that someone as well known as Pannada has decided to invest in our development, she has a great eye for detail and style so we are very happy that she has decided to purchase one of our most luxurious rooms,” said Jason Payne Vice President of Tulip Group.
In addition to this Khun Pannada who has been a big supporter of Centara Hotels and Resorts is now in discussion with Tulip Group regarding the possibility of becoming a brand ambassador for the high profile Pattaya developer.
“We are in negotiation with Pannada and we hope to announce in the coming weeks that she will indeed become our brand ambassador. This is very exciting for Tulip Group and we hope for Pannada also,” said Jason.
Pannada herself seemed very excited about the potential working relationship and her delight in purchasing a room in Centara Grand Residence: “I am so excited to be a customer in this project and very much looking forward to discussing future marketing plans with Jason associated with being the brand ambassador for Tulip Group,” she said.
Centara Grand Residence Pattaya is a mixed use High Rise Beachfront Condominium and hotel situated on a land plot of 19 Rai in Na Jomtien. The project consists of just 318 residential units in two high-rise towers and a 250-key Centara Grand Hotel in a 3rd tower.
