Having received awards for its ‘The Village’ housing project’ at both the 2008 and 2009 Thailand Property Awards, Horseshoe Point once again came up trumps at this year’s annual awards ceremony and gala dinner held at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok on Saturday, November 6.
This luxurious family and sports oriented development on the shores of Lake Mabprachan received recognition as the “Best Villa Development (Thailand)”, “Best Villa Development (Eastern Seaboard)” and “Best Green Development” to beat off some fierce competition from the best of the Thai property market.
Horseshoe Point CEO, Linda Srifuengfung (2nd right) and Managing Director of Horseshoe Point Co., Ltd., Jate Sopitpongstorn (far right) accept the award for the “Best Villa Development (Thailand)” for The Village at Horseshoe at the Thailand Property Awards gala dinner held at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok on Saturday, November 6.
The fact that the Horseshoe Point, a development situated away from the coast and the bustle of the city, can win awards in three successive years speaks volumes for the quality of the project and the fact that excellence in building construction and design is not merely confined to the more vaunted beachside locations.
On what was very successful evening for the local property market, awards were also picked up by Raimon Land’s Northpoint Condominium for “Best Condo Development (Eastern Seaboard)”, while Colliers International took the “Best Agent (Eastern Seaboard)” title, just being voted ahead of Town & Country Property and Premier Homes Real Estate who both fell into the Highly Commended category.
The Thailand Property Awards were first held in 2006 to create awareness of and showcase the best in Thailand’s real estate industry. The awards assist in promoting the high level of quality of Thailand’s real estate, construction, architectural and interior design as well as industry professional services, and through a professionally run awards system helps put Thailand real estate on the world stage.
