To coincide with the tourist ‘high season’, prominent local real estate company Matrix Development held a showroom opening event and agent’s party on Dec. 11 at its City Center Residence project, located just off Pattaya 3rd Road.
The development features three low-rise 8-storey buildings surrounding a central pool area and will include such amenities as a fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, sports bar and restaurant, nursery, 24 hour security with CCTV and key card entry systems and underground parking.

“We listened to our customers’ wishes and built right here in the heart of Pattaya and we believe that the location of this project is one of its prime selling points,” said Miki Haim, Managing Director of Matrix.
“We organized the party and event today not only to open the new show units but also as a way to say thank you to our customers and agents. So far we have sold approximately 400 of the 630 units in the project. We have seen interest in this development from a diverse range of investors, including French, Japanese and Chinese visitors and we are also seeing more and more Thais also buy into this and our other projects,” he added.
The 630-unit development is already 40% complete.
Units at City Center Residence range in size from 24 to 69.78sqm and can be configured into one or two bedrooms. Prices start at 1.4 million baht for a 24sqm studio, 2.4 million for a 36sqm 1-bedroom apartment and 3.2 million for a 2-bedroom configuration. All units come complete with fitted kitchens and wardrobes. Additional furniture packages are available starting from 199,000 baht.
