Onyx Development last month officially began construction of the Onyx Residence South Pattaya, a shared use building with Marriott Executive Apartments where 48% of the units can be privately owned, and already 70% of those units have been sold.
The developers say that the building will be unique in Pattaya, with no other residential building having ever been constructed to the same high standards.
