Unixx South Pattaya held an Open Home weekend on 19-20 March to service the needs of its existing clients, co-owners and prospective buyers.
Developer Raimon Land is the company behind Unixx, a project that sits on 7 rai of land at an ideal location on Pratamnak Hill in south Pattaya. Unixx comprises a single tower with 2 wings, one of which is 42 storeys tall and the other 46, with 1,209 units in total and all offering outstanding views.
The development also features a lagoon pool, jacuzzis, jogging track, rock climbing wall and petanque court among many of its outstanding facilities.
The project was launched in 2012 with construction being completed late last year. Total sales figures currently sit at 70%, with 50% having been sold to Thais, many of whom are expected to use their units as a second home or weekend retreat.
The Open Home weekend had over 20 real estate related businesses in attendance, including banks, interior designers, furniture companies, curtain makers, wallpaper and electrical suppliers, in fact everything you would need to make a unit into a home. This gave prospective buyers a chance to shop around for finance in a One Stop setting and also pick up ideas on how to furnish their apartments.
The event attracted many potential customers, some of whom won surprise gifts from the sponsors.
The sales team reported that in addition to Thai buyers, Unixx has also attracted many European investors and continuing growth from the Chinese market.
Current promotions at Unixx include Bose surround sound systems with every purchase, up to 5% discount on multiple purchases and 1% cash back benefits if transferred by April 2016.
