Thai Asian Investors Co., Ltd. has recently appointed CBRE’s Retail Services as the sole agent for leasing the retail space of Parc 39, with more than 2,000 square metres for rent. Parc 39 is a grade-A mixed-use residential and retail building in a Japanese theme, located in Soi Promsri at the heart of Sukhumvit 39 and conveniently accessible from Sukhumvit and Petchaburi Roads. The project is currently under construction and completion is expected by Q3 2015.
