Raimon Land commences construction on Mews Yen Akat

High-end real estate developer Raimon Land PLC has officially launched sales and begun construction of its Mews Yen Akat housing project.  The new development provides nine exclusive homes set in the prime inner city neighborhood of Yen Akat, designed for the life of the new modern family.

Mews Yen Akat is expected to be completed in late 2016 and comprises eight semi-detached homes each on land plots of approximately 75 sq. wah and one larger standalone home, with construction by leading Thai contractor Prebuilt.

Priced from THB 75million, each home enjoys an 8.5m. wide road frontage and features 4½ storeys, with access to each floor using a private lift.  The second floor’s double height living room connects seamlessly to an indoor/outdoor dining area and a private salt water swimming pool.  Family-friendly elements include a rooftop garden entertainment area, up to five bedrooms, entertainer’s kitchen, and an indoor garage for up to three cars, plus workshop.

Mews has already seen accepted bookings reaching around 25% since the presale period; Raimon Land expects to steadily continue selling during the construction phase, as clients see the building taking shape.  The first home will be completed in mid 2016, with completion of the entire project by the end of next year.

Alongside Mews Yen Akat, the company has also already purchased a prime location in Sukhumvit for the new Lofts Asoke development currently being designed to target urban inner city owners and investors, scheduled for prelaunch in November 2015.  Inspired by the industrial New York loft concept located adjacent to MRT and Airport Link close to the BTS, the development will comprise approximately 200 units, ranging from 1-3 bedrooms, including single and double height loft units.
