Buyers may have missed the boat in terms of getting a really inexpensive deal at Bang Saray Beach Condominium Project, by CW Asset Co. at Bang Saray, Thailand.
Now that they are on their way to selling 50% in just eight months and with few foreigner quota units still available they have increased prices by 10% and discontinued all promotions.
That said, even with the price increase, their units are still selling for between 29,500 to 46,000 Baht (USD $938 to USD $1,533) per square meter. Many excellent view units are still available starting at 850,000 Baht. (USD $28,333)

Bang Saray Beach Condominium is just 200 meters from the nicest beach on the eastern seaboard of Thailand! They have two buildings of eight floors and a total of 140 luxury, full service condo units. Typical units sizes are 25 to 42sqm, but many of their customers have combined multiple units to provide larger accommodations.
The best news is that construction was originally due to start in December 2011 but is being brought forward to July 2011 on the back of early strong sales. They have many excellent ocean view units available.
