Andre Brulhart (2nd right), Area General Manager of Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, congratulates Prawit Sangkheet (3rd left) and Jamnong Sessathit (3rd right), two of the resort’s kitchen staff who earned two awards at the Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge 2013 (THAIFEX – World Food Asia) held at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani recently. Prawit won a bronze medal at the Modern Thai cuisine competition, and Jamnong a silver medal from the contest for four different Individual Western Plated Desserts.
