To celebrate the 96th anniversary of Hilton Worldwide, Hilton Pattaya took the opportunity to raise awareness of Hilton’s history as well as to boost staff engagement. To this end the management organised a team member appreciation week at Hilton Pattaya to ensure that all team members are involved in determining team role, and enjoy this special occasion. A theme lunch was held at the staff canteen, along with a Facebook photo contest, and a photo exhibition showcasing Hilton’s history since its inception in 1919.
