The Hilton Pattaya competed with 9 other top hotels in Pattaya for the ‘Great American Burger Competition 2017’. Hilton’s Executive Chef Matthew Dowdell was awarded 1st Prize for his juicy and flavorsome original U.S. beef patty, crispy bun, cheeses, Asian slaw, Apple pickle and the secret Gochujang BBQ sauce.
