Down south, Pierre-Andre Pelletier (left), Amari Regional Vice-President Operations – Southern Thailand, Vietnam and the Maldives and his team at the Amari Phuket organised one of the most extraordinary New Year’s Eve parties in the resort. The array of Thai and international cuisine served was second to none and guests were entertained with shows and music throughout the evening. Everyone then gathered together at midnight to marvel at the spectacular fireworks over Patong Bay.
