Her Majesty Queen Rambhai Barni in the reign of KM King Rama VII proclaimed that deserving citizens should be recognized for dedicating their lives in the service of the community and their noble efforts to bring about an understanding of the traditions and cultures of all the peoples of this world. At a presentation ceremony recently, Ngamjit ‘Noi’ Emmerson, Charity Chairperson of the Pattaya Sports Club, was among the select few who was bestowed with the ‘Phor Por Ror’ royal insignia pin presented by Gen Pallop Fuengfu, Commander of the Air Defense Artillery Division in Chonburi.
