Deputy Mayor Banlue Kullavanich recently presented a wheel chair to Boonsri Udomvichaiwat, a physically challenged lady living in the Central Pattaya community. The handover at city hall was witnessed by Pannee Limcharoen, Director of the Social Development Office, and Theeraporn Srichan, Director of the Relief and Welfare department.
