Former Minister of National Defence of the Republic of Korea Kwon Young Hae (4th right) and Madame Kim Hyo Soon (3rd right) led an official delegation from their country on a familiarization trip to Pattaya as guests of the Permanent Secretary of the Thai Ministry of Defence recently.
