Six participants from the Pattaya International Ladies Club joined a Thai Cookery Class at Mercure Pattaya Hotel where executive chef and Thai native Nattavut Waitayawanit taught them how to prepare authentic and delicious Panang Gai and Chicken with Cashew Nuts, two of the most popular Thai dishes for locals and expats alike.
