All the recipients were unemployed and had lost their income due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The Rotarians went on to Pattaya Beach Road where they handed out cash to homeless people.

President Maneeya Engelking said, “the funds were donated by the members of the club and our friends. I am so sorry that the club could not help everyone because of our limited funds, but in any case we are happy that we were able to help as many people as we possibly can.”
