Royal banquet for a worthy cause

HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presided over the Bangkok Chefs Charity and Gala Dinner 2012 held at the Royal Ballroom of the Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok recently. Proceeds of the dinner are designated to help the Border Patrol Police schools under Her Royal Patronage as well as for the underprivileged school children in northern Thailand.  General managers and executive chefs from twenty-one of Thailand’s most prestigious hotels and Thai Airways International were selected to prepare a grand feast for the charitable cause. Two Dusit International hotels were among the participants - Dusit Thani Bangkok and Dusit Thani Pattaya, the latter whose general manager Chatchawal Supachayanont (front row 2nd right) attended with the hotel’s executive chef Adrian W. O’Herlihy.
