Neoh Kean Boon (centre), resident manager of Dusit Thani Pattaya welcomes Apiradi Tantraporn, Thailand’s deputy minister of commerce on her arrival to attend and speak at the World Tapioca Conference 2015 held at the hotel recently. The event was organized by the Department of Foreign Trade and the Ministry of Commerce and was well attended by the major tapioca producers around the world who took the opportunity to connect with tapioca exporters and farmers throughout Thailand.
