The Imperial Pattaya’s pastry chefs, led by Panthong Pansuan (2nd left), Thavil Utthayacheewa (2nd right), and Sarote Pandang (right) were awarded as champions in the “Free-style Cake & Cake Decoration Challenge” category at the Pattaya Hospitality Challenge 2017. The chefs demonstrated culinary expertise in creating a wide variety of desserts appealing to all tastes.
