BANGKOK, Thailand – Thailand proudly welcomes Eliud Kipchoge, the world-renowned Kenyan marathon legend, two-time Olympic champion, and the only person to run a marathon in under two hours. Kipchoge will participate in the 7th Amazing Thailand Marathon Bangkok Presented by Toyota, also known as the “Run Through the City.”

Kipchoge will join the 10 km race alongside over 33,000 runners from 77 countries, making this an iconic global marathon promoting Thai tourism.
The marathon features four distances:
- 42.195 km and 21.1 km starting at MBK Center (Phaya Thai Road)
- 10 km and 4.5 km starting at Ratchadamnoen Nok Avenue (near the Supreme Court)
All routes finish at the iconic Sanam Luang.
This global event is expected to generate over 900 million THB in economic value for Thailand! (TAT)
