City administrators have announced plans to build up to 300 low-income homes at Soi Mareevit School in north Pattaya.
At a Feb. 28 planning meeting, officials said the Baan Mankong project will begin in April and took reservations for the 25 units. Future housing project abodes can be reserved for 15,000 baht each.
