PHUKET, 7 December 2015 – Tourism related agencies will be holding the 7th Andaman Travel Trade 2015 in Phuket to enhance the competitiveness in tourism among provinces by the Andaman Sea, Phuket governor says.
The Governor of Phuket, Chamroen Tipayapongtada, stated that the province in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), and Phuket Tourist Association will hold the 7th Andaman Travel Trade 2015, which will be held during 10-11 December 2015 at Phuket Rajabhat University’s auditorium.
The event will be held with the concept “Discover Andaman-Explore Happiness” to promote the unity of tourism identity in Phuket, Phang Nga, Krabi, Ranong, and Trang provinces, and to boost the competitiveness of each province among tourism markets.
The event will be attended by 226 tourism entrepreneurs invited by 27 TAT foreign offices to discuss with 100 entrepreneurs from the Andaman provinces in various fields including hotels, resorts, tour companies, car rentals, and aviation.
