On the evening of August the 8th police were called to a hotel on Soi 8 beach road as a foreign tourist had accidentally fallen out of the window of his 4th floor room.
27 year old Mr. Simon Money from Australia suffered a broken arm and legs and some scratches and was transferred to the Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The man regains consciousness as he is taken to hospital.
A security guard said the tourist was standing next to his hotel room window smoking a cigarette when all of a sudden he fainted and fell through the window falling to the ground 4 floors below.
At the hospital the man stated that he had simply lost consciousness and had not been attacked.
