BANGKOK, Thailand – Mr. Sittichai Aranyakarnon, Assistant Secretary to the Bangkok Governor, on Dec 12, announced stricter enforcement against motorcycles driving or parking on public sidewalks, under the Public Administrative Penalty Act of 2022.
