Samutprakan Governor assigns the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) to visit flooded area in the province and deliver urgent helps after heavy rains throughout the night and the high sea level.
The two factors cause flooding in many areas including residential zone and Bangpoo Industrial Estate which is flooded up to 50 cm, blocking small cars from the commute. (NNT)
