The Thai Cabinet has given its approval to reduce the retail price of gasohol 91 by 2.50 baht per litre as proposed by the Ministry of Energy for a period of three months.
Deputy Prime Minister and Energy Minister Pirapan Salirathavibhaga made this announcement via a Facebook post.
He reported that he has informed the Prime Minister and the Cabinet about the progress in the strategy to reduce gasoline prices, specifically for Gasohol 91, which was initially discussed during a Cabinet meeting last week.
The reduction will take effect immediately and will last for three months, following a similar approach to diesel fuel. (TNA)
