Mr. Wang Chuanfu, CEO of BYD Auto, visited Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin to discuss economic matters and consumer concerns. The Prime Minister urged BYD to support Thai manufacturers and entrepreneurs by using the local supply chain and ensuring proper consumer protection amid recent rapid price drops. Mr. Wang emphasized BYD’s commitment to the Thai market and its plans to expand investment in Thailand, including exporting to the Asian region. He also mentioned that BYD would adjust its pricing strategies to maintain market stability and explore ways to assist those impacted by the price changes. (PRD)
