Chiang Mai athlete wins gold in Thailand University Games

Chiang Mai Rajabaht University athletes took home one gold and one silver medal in the 44th Annual Thailand University Games or the Suranaree Games held in Nakhon Ratchasima from February 27 to March 2, 2017. Kowit Sutthakul took home the gold in men’s two handed fencing while Suparat Promsum took home silver in fencing as well.

Twenty seven teams participated in the games; Athletics, Swimming, Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Golf, Sepak Takraw, Fencing, Taekwondo, Tennis, Table Tennis, Badminton, Shooting, Hockey, Rugby, Beach Volleyball,  Petanque, Rowing, Pencak Silat, Dance Sports, Futsal, Crossword, Bridged, Go, Boxing, and A-Math.
