Her old age caused her blood vessels to deteriorate and created clots in her blood vessels in several organs, contributing to her death last month. She also suffered a nosebleed, caused by a tumour on her nose’s blood vessels.

Chinese experts assessed the care provided by the zoo to Lin Hui and found that it complied with sanitary and disease control standards. (TNA)
