Closing of Chonburi Games for the disabled

Chonburi governor Vichit Chartpaisit gave an official speech to declare the closing of 29th National Games for the disabled. 

2,447 athletes from all over the country competed in 17 sporting  categories to win 1,164 gold medals at Pattaya Indoor Stadium in presence of Assistant Minister of Tourism and Sports, Theerawat Siriwansarn.

Highlights of the event were laser shows and flag handing over to Khon Kaen province, the next province to hold the 30th National Game for the disabled.

The event was broadcast live on T-Sport Channel and communal radio wave.

The next tournament Khon Kaen Games will be held between November 27 and December 7, and will be followed by the 30th Games for the disabled between January 9 and 13, 2012.
