TAK – A multi-million baht condominium project, “The Master Pride @ Mae Sot,” will be established in the heart of Mae Sot district, Tak province, in order to satisfy the need for premium residences in the Thailand-Myanmar border area.
The project has recently held its launch ceremony. In attendance were former Interior Minister Sujarit Patchimnan, representatives from government units and the private sector, and residents from Mae Sot and Myawaddy in Myanmar.
The 150-million-baht condominium will be built over a four-rai area in the central business district of Mae Sot. The project is in line with the government’s policies to boost the economy in the district, which has been declared a Special Economic Zone, and get it ready for the ASEAN Economic Community.
The condo project is expected to draw attention from both local and foreign investors, as Mae Sot is located in the East-West Economic Corridor. The corridor is an economic development program initiated to promote the development and integration of four ASEAN countries, namely Myanmar, Thailand, Laos and Vietnam.
