BANGKOK, 26 August 2015 – The Meteorological Department has forecast that the upper parts of Thailand as well as the South will continue to experience precipitation.
According to the weather report, a monsoon trough in Laos and Myanmar will bring more rain to the northern and northeastern provinces of Thailand.
Meanwhile, a southwesterly wind in the Andaman Sea and Gulf of Thailand will also bring wet weather conditions to the East and South of the country.
Fishermen have been told to exercise caution when leaving the shore, as waves are expected to have a maximum height of two meters in the Andaman Sea.
Meanwhile, it is expected to rain today in 30% of the area of Bangkok and its vicinity.
