The other case involves Teerayuth Suwannakesorn urging the Constitutional Court to evaluate the actions of Pita, the then-leader of the Move Forward Party, and the party itself. This case scrutinizes their continuous campaign to amend the Criminal Code of Article 112, which deals with royal defamation.
